Very chill vibe, cool staff and excellent Japanese. Far better than RA (no comparison) or any other place in the DFW area. Prefer it to Uchi Upstairs because it’s unpretentious, and far more reasonable. Old Shogunate drink is my new bar favorite. Salmon was sublime. Crafted rolls were excellent.
